How often do i need to clean Petnimo 1?

We recommend rinsing the tank, tray, and spout weekly. The removable stainless steel parts are dishwasher-safe, making routine cleaning quick and easy.

How often should I replace the filter?

Replace the filter every 2 weeks for 1 cat, or every week for 2+ cats or 1 dog. Soak each new filter for 5 minutes before first use. The HomeSmart app can remind you when it's time.

How do i get replacement filter?

You can order replacement filters whenever you need them, or choose a subscription so fresh filters arrive automatically when it's time for a new one on Amazon or here

Is Petnimo 1 quiet enough for bedrooms?

Yes. Petnimo 1 operates at under 30 dB, about the level of a whisper. In sensor mode, it stays silent until your cat walks up for a drink.

Does Petnimo 1 work without the app?

Yes. The app is optional. You can control modes, battery status, and filter reminders through HomeSmart, but Petnimo 1 works perfectly without Wi-Fi or an app.
